Certification as a FIT Trainer is a rigorous process involving the completion of extensive coursework, passing a standardized competency  exam, subjecting training skills to peer review, and ongoing participation in continuing education activities.

Certified FIT Trainers are an elite group who work in diverse locations around the world.

Heidi is an educated social worker, and has worked in social psychiatry for some years now and finds each day instructive. She currently works on a residential offer, in the countryside, and loves it.


Ryan Melton

Ryan Melton is the clinical director for the EASA Center for Excellence at Oregon Health and Science University and a Associate Professor at Northwest Christian University. He oversees the University’s Clinical Mental Health Clinic and the statewide implementation of the early identification and treatment of psychosis (EASA) program in Oregon where feedback informed treatment is utilized.

Doung is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver Canada and has been using FIT since 2003. In 2012, Doung implemented FIT in the B.C. gambling support program which he has managed for the past eight years.


Bob Bertolino

Bob Bertolino, Ph.D., is Professor of Rehabilitation Counseling at Maryville University in St. Louis , Missouri. He is also Sr. Clinical Advisor at Youth In Need, Inc. He has taught over 500 workshops Youth Care Work. Bob is a licensed marital and family therapist and professional counselor in the state of Missouri, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a National Board Certified Fellow in Hypnotherapy, and a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage throughout the United States and 11 countries and authored or co-authored 15 books including Effective Counseling and Psychotherapy: An Evidence-Based Approach, Strengths-Based Engagement and Practice: Creating Effective Helping Relationships and Thriving on the Front Lines: Strengths-Based and Family Therapy.

Robbie Babins-Wagner


Robbie Babins-Wagner, MSW, PhD (C) is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor with over 31 years experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor having worked in the Health, Mental Health and Nonprofit sectors in Canada. Robbie has taught in the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary since 1982. She is currently the CEO of Calgary Counselling Centre, the largest community based provider of counselling services in Calgary, where she implemented CDOI / FIT practice. Robbie has spearheaded the development of the Calgary Centre for Counselling Research in partnership with the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary, which will explore and develop ways to encourage a closer integration of counselling education, research and practice. With a passion for training clinicians, Robbie has presented at conferences and workshops, locally, provincially, nationally and internationally. In 2006, the Calgary Herald named Robbie as one of Calgary’s new pioneers who will shape our future.


Leslie Berfknecht, MSW, LCSW, ICCE Certified Trainer


Leslie is a licensed clinical social worker with a background in criminal justice. She works with offender and high-risk populations and serves as a treatment supervisor at in a sexual offender treatment program for civilly committed adult males. She has been using FIT since 2012.

Christophe Cazauvieilh

Christophe holds a Ph.D from the university of Bordeaux and obtained the qualification for the functions of Senior Lecturer.
As a clinical psychologist he initially specialized in health psychology, been trained in hypnosis, brief and strategic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
He is involved in research about Fit/ Pcoms and deliberate practice and has been France’s “country coordinator” for the Society for Psychotherapy Research (SPR).
Christophe worked in private and public institutions as well as private practice settings and has been formally using feedback Informed treatment since 2007.


Barry McClatchey, MSW, ICCE Certified Trainer


Co-director of the Halifax Brief Therapy Centre, a therapy training & clinical supervision consultancy in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Barry also works as a clinical therapist with individuals, couples and families for the Department of National Defense.


Daryl Chow, MA, Registered Psychologist


Originally from Singapore, Daryl is currently based in Western Australia,working with the Specialist Psychological Outreach Team.. As part of my PhD, I have been researching the development and practices of highly effective psychotherapists. He has been using FIT since 2004.

Kerstin Oqvist, BA, ICCE Certified Trainer


Kerstin Öqvist is a social worker. She has primarily worked with teenagers with risk behavior and their families at Maria Ungdom in Stockholm where she has been involved in implementing Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). She is presently a consultant at local social services, assigned to different municipalities. Kerstin came in contact with ORS & SRS back in 2002 and is now working with FIT as a practitioner, trainer and supervisor.


Henrik Vesterhauge-Petersen, BA, LICENSED FAMILY THERAPIST, ICCE Certified Trainer 


Henrik teaches, supervises and works as a consultant for family services, child protection workers, foster home services, disabled children, teenagers at risk, addiction treatment, and recovery oriented rehabilitation. He has been using FIT since 2007.

Tove is a family therapist who works with couples, children, youth, & adults. She does sandplay therapy and has been using FIT since 2011.


David Prescott, ICCE Certified Trainer


David Prescott serves as Director of Professional Development and as a Clinical Director for the Becket Family of Services in Northern New England. He has produced 14 book projects and numerous articles and chapters in the areas of assessing and treating sexual violence and trauma. He is also the lead editor for the upcoming book, Feedback-Informed Treatment in Clinical Practice: Reaching for Excellence, in press with the American Psychological Association Press. Mr. Prescott is a past president of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, the largest professional organization of its kind in the world. He is also the 2014 recipient of that organization’s Distinguished Contribution award, one of only a handful of recipients. He has lectured and consulted to programs around the world, including serves on the editorial boards of three journals, including Motivational Interviewing: Training, Research, Implementation, and Practice, as well as Sexual Abuse: A Journal of Research and Treatment and the Journal of Sexual Aggression.

Daniel Buccino, Certified FIT Trainer 


A Certified FIT Trainer since 2011, Daniel L. Buccino LCSW-C, BCD, is the clinical manager at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Broadway Center for Addiction and is on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He was formerly the clinical director of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Mood Disorders Clinic. Mr. Buccino is also the director of the Johns Hopkins Civility Initiative and the founder and director of the Baltimore Psychotherapy Institute and engages in further Deliberate Practice as a drummer and a runner.

Bogdan Cezar Ion, Certified FIT Trainer


Bogdan Cezar Ion, PHD, is a clinical psychologist, a clinical supervisor and a trainer in psychotherapy. He is trained and certified in a couple of clinical methods including Brief Therapies (SFBT, Collaborative and Narrative Approaches, Strategic Therapy), CBT and Clinical Hypnosis, but his main focus is beyond models in promoting practice based evidence and supporting documented professional improvement. He has used ORS/SRS from 2002 and is involved in the last six years in spreading FIT to mental health practitioners and in providing consultancy and supervision to support FIT implementation.
Bogdan has served for more than 19 years as a catalyst for meaningful learning and change both in private practice and in Bucharest University, where he teaches as a lecturer in the Master Degree Programs in Clinical Psychology. He is the head of the Romanian Brief Therapies Association and also a founding member of some high prestige professional associations and institutes.


Magnus Johanssen, Certified FIT Trainer


Magnus works as a social worker at the Addiction Center in Stockholm, Riddargatan 1. Von Borg, Certified FIT Trainer


Von F. Borg, MS, LPCC, LADC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with Board Approved Supervisor status with more than twenty years of experience in the counseling field. Von has worked since 1997 as a therapist and clinical supervisor providing prevention, education, and counseling services to adolescents and their families of US service members stationed in Germany. Since 2004, Von has been part of the leading edge in behavioral health research and practice, using CDOI/FIT for tracking effectiveness in his work with adolescents and with those he supervises. Following a former career as a dentist, Bill trained as a human givens therapist, graduating in 2004. He is also an accredited Human Givens supervisor. He completed his MSc in psychological trauma at University of Chester in 2013.

For the last 10 years, Bill has championed the role that client feedback has to play in assisting practitioners of all persuasions to understand the client perspective more clearly. In addition to his therapy practice, he works as a consultant and supervisor in relation to outcome informed practice. A senior associate with ICCE, Bill has published several articles about using feedback in treatment and has lectured internationally on the subject.

Steffen Meinhardt, Certified FIT Trainer


Steffen Meinhardt is a licensed Psychologist. He works with children, adolescents and adults in at risk families. He also works young adults who has spent their childhood in foster care or institutional care. He is part of the team that leads the implementation and supervision of FIT in his organization, and he has experience in implementing FIT in other agencies as well. Steffen has been using FIT in 2011.


Rikke Baes, ICCE Certified Trainer


I work as a family therapist in the public sector and provide family therapy to at-risk families, couples, young children, and adolescents. I teach and supervise in FIT and helps to implement FIT at my workplace. I was first introduced to FIT back in 2004, have had a strong interest ever since and from 2011 I have been applying FIT actively in all my therapeutic work.

Michael is a psychologist and training director at a health and wellness center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Christopher Schmitz, Certified FIT Trainer


Christopher is the owner of Komphash – Navigation i hashmisbrug! and is a specialist in treatment of cannabis addiction. He has written a book about parents coaching “Forælder Til hashryger”, for parents who have children with cannabis addiction. Besides teaching professionals on how to approach children with cannabis addiction, he is the initiator and coordinator of Netværk af Danske Cannabis Behandlere, a national network of Danish cannabis addiction counselors. He is also responsible for the Danish HAP-education together with founder of the HAP-treatment approach Thomas Lundqvist. Christopher uses Feedback Informed Treatment in his setting of addiction treatment and is a FIT-supervisor for addiction counselors.


Bruno Vinther, Certified FIT Trainer


Bruno is a trainer psychologist working in a family therapy center in Denmark as well as in private practice. He has extensive experience working with FIT in a variety of settings and with a variety of populations. Bruno currently works with families, adults, group therapy, couples therapy, families and individuals. He is also a FIT-teacher and FIT-supervisor, as well as workshop organizer.

Erika is grateful for having the good fortune of being introduced to FIT at the start of her clinical career, and now has 11 years of experience using FIT. More recently, she has facilitated workshops to agencies integrating FIT into their settings. Additionally, Erika works as a Concurrent Disorder counsellor, with a strong focus on mindfulness, in Vancouver, Canada.


Ulla Qwist, Certified FIT Trainer


Ulla Qwist works with adolescents and young adults (age 16-30 years) experiencing mental illness including emotional instability, personal disorder, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. Ulla has been using FIT since 2011 and has been implementing FIT over the last years in the organisation where she works. Ulla received training at Malborough Family Service Center London, Inpraxis and Solution, Denmark.


Anita Harder, Certified FIT Trainer


Anita is a Registered Psychologist in private practice in Calgary Alberta, Canada. She has been using FIT since 2010, and spent 6 years leading FIT implementation, training and supervision for a local non-profit agency. In her current role, Anita utilizes FIT with her clients as well as supporting private practices and clinicians in integrating FIT into their work.


Trine Uhrskov, Certified FIT Trainer

Trine is a psychologist and co-owner of a private consultancy firm. Trine mainly works with adults with cognitive disabilities or mental health issues and challenging behavior. Trine teaches and supervises staff on citizen participation in order to prevent the use of force, and she counsels the Danish National Board of Social Services about citizens with particularly complex issues. Trine teaches the use of FIT in relation to young adults and adults with cognitive disabilities or mental health issues.


Jakob Brixen, Certified FIT Trainer

Jakob is a clinical psychologist working with children and adolescents in a public clinic in Copenhagen. He has been using FIT since 2010 in individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Jakob also works with FIT implementation in different therapeutic organizations, and he teaches, supervises, and trains professional staff in using FIT.


Bjarne Richter Bjelke, Certified FIT Trainer

Bjarne is an anthropologist who is working with method (what works), user involvement, empowerment and professional development in the field of social services and disability in Denmark. As such he is introducing FIT in various dialogues, settings and agencies, working with practitioners, municipalities (local government) and the National Board of Social Services in Denmark. As an anthropologist, he is particularly interested in the perspectives of FIT becoming a structurally significant “tool” for systematic user involvement and co-creation. Also, what matters to Bjarne is to transmit and communicate why and how it is that FIT fits in our current welfare context.


Heidi Nygård-Michelsson, Certified FIT Trainer

Heidi is a social psychologist who has been working since 2004 with youth, young adults and families suffering from mental illness and social difficulties at HelsinkiMissio, a non-governmental organization for social services. She has eagerly been learning about FIT since 2014 and is currently working with the implementation of FIT, providing training and supervision as well for her own agency as for other organizations in Finland.


Bjørn Hansen, Certified FIT Trainer

Bjørn is a social worker in Copenhagen, Denmark. He works primarily with education programs for adolescents and adults within social psychiatry. He is currently working with the implementation of FIT at AskovFonden, providing training and supervision for all branches of the organization.


Leigh Couture, ICCE Certified Trainer

In the role of Associate Executive Director, Leigh is an administrator of two social service organizations delivering services in Youth Justice, Child Welfare and Children’s Mental Health contexts. Responsible for agency-wide service delivery and continuous program improvement she is the co-lead for agency-wide FIT implementation, training and supervision.


Chantal Tasse, ICCE Certified Trainer

Chantal is the Supervisor of Quality Assurance and Community Planning at Valoris for Children and Adults of Prescott-Russell, Ontario. Coming from a clinical background, she has led FIT implementation and is the primary trainer for FIT practice within the agency since 2011.


Niklas Waitong, Certified FIT Trainer

Niklas is a licenced social worker and has been working in treatment with families, teenagers, substance abuse and multiple diagnoses for more than 30 years, 17 of which were spent as director of Älgeredskollektivet, a small high quality residential care home. Today Niklas works mainly with training and supervision. He has been working with FIT since 2006.


David Low, Certified FIT Trainer

David Low is a Senior Psychotherapist and Faculty member at the Family Institute of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a Licensed Couple and Family Therapist and AAMFT Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor. He worked 14 years within Child, Adolescent and Mental Services (CAMHS) in England as a Systemic Family Therapist and Supervisor. Ten of those years in the UK he was a Clinical Team Supervisor/Manager. David helped developed guidance manuals and training videos on the use of FIT with young people and families within the National Health Service in UK.

Rikke Addis, Certified FIT Trainer

Rikke Addis currently works as an evaluation consultant in California focusing on helping behavioral health organizations improve their services. Prior to this, Rikke provided research and quality improvement services to children’s mental health organizations. Rikke has a background in cultural anthropology with a focus on social suffering among at-risk youth. Rikke was born in Denmark and immigrated to the US at the age of 21.

Mette Vesterhauge-Petersen, Certified FIT Trainer

With more than 25 years of experience, Mette works as a therapist, trainer, supervisor, and consultant in private practice: SOLUTION, Denmark’s leading Solution Focused Training Centre. As a Feedback Informed Treatment certified trainer and Licensed Signs of Safety trainer and consultant she assists front-line practitioners and managers adapt and implement FIT, Signs of Safety, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.


Karsten Langberg, Certified FIT Trainer

Karsten Langberg is a Psychotherapist Fadp and addiction specialist in Denmark. Karsten is trained in Multifamily therapy. Since 2011, he has practiced psychotherapy treatment, and provided consultation, counselling and educational services for substance abuse in young people below 25 and associated family remedies. Karsten is listed by the Social Agency of Denmark as a specialist for high profile and critical cases. He has incorporated FIT in his practice since 2012.


Rasmus Møller , Certified FIT Trainer

Rasmus has a BA in intercultural & international social work, who started his career in child protective services. Since 2006 he has been working with children youths and parents in mainly therapeutic settings. Rasmus has been using FIT since 2011 and is project manager of FIT implementation in a municipality in the Copenhagen area. Here he is e.g. implementing FIT in child protective services teaching/supervising staff and management.


Flemming W. Licht, Certified FIT Trainer

Flemming W. Licht, Master in Health Education is a qualified teacher, life and business coach. He holds a Diploma in Management and education/training in narrative/systemic/appreciative approaches. For the last 6 years he has been Head of Helsingung in the municipality of Helsingor, Denmark, a treatment center for young people under 25 with drug problems. He is also head of “fitplatform” a Danish based data management program.


Christina Bäckblom Fahlén, Certified FIT Trainer 

Christina has many years of experience in clinical work and leadership in mental health care and social services. Since 2001 she has worked with couple´s counseling and for the last 6 years she has worked with FIT in clinical practice, supervision and also with organizational implementation of FIT.


Joanna Price, Certified FIT Trainer

Jo is a registered nurse with a Master of Nursing, and works as a trained therapist in primary mental health and addictions care. Jo has been using FIT since 2014 and is currently helping lead the implementation of FIT within the acute mental health ward, and in addition provides supervision to community mental health clinicians using FIT.

Heidi is head of crisis counseling at HelsinkiMissio, which is a non-profit organization. She has been involved in FIT since 2014 and is currently working with the implementation of FIT, providing training and supervision within and outside her own organization in Finland.


Charlotte Wieliczko-Krutkiewicz, Certified FIT Trainer

Charlotte is a social psychologist and therapist working with FIT since 2017. She teaches and consults professionals in the use and implementation of FIT on individual, team and organizational levels and has a special interest in ways of strengthening client voice and influence in the processes that they are part of.


Anders Lassen, Certified FIT Trainer

Anders is a clinical psychologist working at a public family service center in Denmark. He specializes in treatment of children, adolescents and families. Anders has been practicing FIT since 2012. He has since then been involved with implementing FIT at different agencies facilitating strategic planning, FIT training and FIT supervision.


Ina Jeannette Fried, Certified FIT Trainer

Ina Fried has over two decades of experience as a social worker, especially with teenagers with risk behavior and their families. Ina has worked as supervisor in foster care education. She has 10 years’ experience in teaching, as a consultant in social matters to municipalities and other stakeholders.

She is presently employed as a social coordinator at a homeless center, where they are working with and have implemented FIT.

Ina is now working with FIT as a practitioner, supervisor and internal teacher.


Maarten Roovers

Maarten Roovers works as psychomotor therapist at GGMD, center for social work and mental health and deafness, tinnitus and hyperacusis in the Netherlands. He has been using FIT since 2013 and became a certified FIT trainer in 2021. His mission is to provide the best possible care to patients by using clients feedback and tailoring the care to the individual needs and FIT is the perfect way to do so! By implementing FIT in the organization, he wants to inspire colleagues to further develop themselves as practitioners through deliberate practice.


RaeLynn Wicklein, Certified FIT Trainer

RaeLynn is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in supervision, training, and psychotherapy across a diverse range of settings (universities, hospitals, community mental health, and private practice) and populations (across age and diversity) in the U.S. and Australia. Steve Carroll, DPsych, ICCE

Steve is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience working with youths and adults in both private and public mental health settings. He is director and principal psychologist of Better Outcomes Psychology (BOP) based in Geelong, Victoria. Steve offers training, supervision and clinical care with a particular interest in clinician development using both FIT and DP practices.


Dr Nathan Castle, D. Psych, Certified Trainer

Nathan is a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in the intersection between Value Based Healthcare, Feedback Informed Treatment and Deliberate Practice. He is a co-author of “Creating Impact: The Four Pillars of Private Psychology Practice” (2022), provides coaching internationally, implements data-driven strategies into organisations and runs his own outcome based practice which publishes its results every two years.


Kristian Rem, Certified FIT Trainer

Kristian is a psychologist from the University of Oslo in Norway. He works with children, adolescents, parents and families in a municipality outside Oslo. He has used FIT since 2014, and has led the process of implementating a feedback culture in his agency since 2015. Siv Maude, Certified FIT Trainer

Siv is a Licenced Psychologist and Specialist in Drug and Addiction Psychology, and has worked clinically with patients in psychiatric and addiction services. She currently works at a regional drug and alcohol competence centre in northern Norway and teaches FIT to mental health services, primarily in municipalities


Dr. Darren Malone, Certified FIT Trainer

Darren is a consultant psychiatrist (adults and older age) and clinical director of mental health at Lakes district health board. Other roles include honorary senior lecture and clinical teacher with Auckland University and private practice work. Darren works alongside Joanna Price at Lakes DHB where FIT is used in an acute inpatient psychiatric unit setting.

Jason Seidel, ICCE Certified Trainer

Jason Seidel is a psychologist and director of The Colorado Center for Clinical Excellence, a Denver-based practice devoted to feedback-informed psychotherapy and research. He served as research director (from 2009 to 2019) for the ICCE. In addition to providing presentations and trainings for organizations on the appropriate use of clinical outcome data, Jason was one of the first psychotherapists in the world to report his own treatment outcomes in rigorous detail on the Internet. He also has toiled in the fields of biopsychiatry, business development, clinical training, and the mythopoetic initiation of boys and men.

Elise is trained in social and health assistance. She has worked in social psychiatry for many years and is passionate about it.


Linda Svorken, Certified FIT Trainer

Linda is a North Norwegian psychologist specialized in clinical work with children and adolescents. She gives lectures and workshops about FIT and Deliberate Practice, in addition to FIT supervision for groups and individual therapists. Linda is particularly engaged in how to give children and adolescents a voice in therapy.


 Envor Madeline Bjørgo Skårdalsmo, Certified FIT Trainer

Envor is by education both a clinical psychologist and civil engineer currently working in the municipality of Drammen, Norway. She is enthusiastic finding out about how other people view the world and how health services both can be more helpful and effective.



Louise Lange, Certified FIT Trainer

Louise is in her best age, happily married, and a mother of two. She works as a psychologist at a treatment center in the commune supporting children and families with their process into better mental health. She also has the privilege of teaching and supervising her colleagues in FIT.


Henrik Hansen, Certified FIT Trainer

Henrik has a bachelor’s degree in Social and Special Education. Henrik has a background as an addiction therapist and has for the past two years been employed as a consultant at Tidlig Forebyggelse in Aabenraa. Henrik uses FIT together with the families and in group sessions. The latest group he has established with a colleague is called; Understanding Your Teenager. Henrik has a diploma in the involvement of children and families.


Patrik Ulander, Certified FIT Trainer

Patrik has an MSc in Business Administration and is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in Business Consulting, Public Sector, and Social Services. A business, organization, and services development professional skilled in coaching, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and quality management. FIT competence is part of striving to achieve results, outcome and impact in social services, based on individual support and feedback within practice-based evidence.


Jørgen Enstrøm, Certified FIT Trainer

Jorgen is a clinical psychologist with FIT-experience since 2009. He has been using FIT both as a leader, implementing FIT in a family therapeutic agency, and as a therapist himself. He has supported FIT-implementations in various organizations and presented his FIT-experiences at international conferences. Today Jorgen works in private therapeutic practice in Jutland and offers FIT inspiration, FIT training, and FIT implementations, as well as FIT supervision. 


Simone Nørrebo Pedersen, Certified FIT Trainer

She is a Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and families in Denmark. The users often have complex difficulties with cognitive disabilities, mental health issues, and challenging behavior. She has a special interest in implementing FIT practices in this context with a focus on engaging private and professional networks. She has always incorporated FIT in her work as a Psychologist. She is curious about using feedback to adjust her practice. She has been using FIT since January 2018.

Adam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently in private practice. Adam has been using Feedback Informed Treatment with various populations since 2007. Mai-Britt Sølvbjerg Moldt, Certified FIT Trainer

Mai-Britt S. Moldt has many years of experience working with systemic Family therapy and counseling, working with children, adolescents and families. She currently works as leader of Tidlig Forebyggelse and is in charge of FIT implementation, FIT supervision and facilitating implementation processes and training practitioners. She is passionate about engaging private and professional networks and has a special interest in facilitating taksonomi processes and ongoing deliberate practice. She has been working with FIT since 2014


Christina Munke Budde, Certified FIT Trainer

Christina is a nurse working with psychiatric treatment and social
psychiatric rehabilitation since 2007. She currently works with adults in a recovery
rehabilitation agency, motivating and helping people of all social backgrounds and with many different
mental health issues, to find their own direction and way back to a more meaningful and hopeful life.

Christina is also a passionate and educated Åben Dialog meeting facilitator and works with the implementation of this approach in her own agency as well as in the overall organization. FIT has been a part of her everyday therapeutic work life since 2015.


Allen Becker Larsen, Certified FIT Trainer

Allan is a clinical psychologist working within the field of Social Psychiatry on a recovery-oriented basis with adolescents and young adults (age 16-30 years) experiencing mental health challenges in different areas of life and existence.
Allan has been working with FIT since 2014 and has been implementing FIT over the last years in the organization where he works.



Dorte Jark

Dorte Jark has a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy from Roskilde Universitet Center and a psychotherapist degree from Nordisk Gestalt Institute. Her office is in Copenhagen, but she works all around Zealand.
Dorte uses FIT, whether she is working with children and youth with special needs or is treating adults with stress or other forms of mental heaths issues. For Dorte the core value of FIT, is the ability to create a structured communication culture where feedback is an ongoing part of the client’s treatment. That reminds her every day that no two clients are alike, that the purpose of her job is to help people get better and that “better” is in the eye of the client.



Ane Landgren Vinther

Ane works with children, young people, adults and families at a substance abuse center in Aarhus, Denmark. She has been using FIT since 2012, and has experience with implementation in small as well as large groups of employees.



Lasse Jespersen

Lasse has a candidate degree in social science. As a social worker at a shelter for homeless people In Copenhagen, he found an interest in working as a therapist for people with substance addiction. For the past 12 years Lasse has worked at “Treatment Center Svendborg”, as a therapist and professional coordinator, where he has implemented and maintained focus and practical use of FIT since 2013.



Ingela Vest

Ingela has a BA in social work and worked for a period as a professional coordinator at “Forsorgscenter Sydfyn” a shelter for homeless people. She has a deep founded interest in working with personal change for people with addiction. She has worked as a counsellor in “Alkoholamublatoriet Svendborg” and works now as a therapist at “Treatment Center Svendborg”. A part of this work is to administer FIT and to educate and supervise the personnel in the practical use of FIT.



Linda Maria Grunnet Askholt

Linda works with children and young people in families with substance abuse related problems in Aarhus, Denmark. She is also very experienced with suicide prevention care. She has been using FIT since 2016, and is now working with FIT as a practitioner, supervisor and internal trainer.



Anders Marthedal

Anders is a Sociologist and Psychotherapist MPF and provides psychotherapy for adolescents and adults as well as clinical supervision and teaching. He has vast experience in substance abuse treatment and working with stress, anxiety and depression among other disorders. He also teaches, trains and supervises
professional staff in using FIT and helps organizations implement FIT.

Layla Inés Davis is a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. Fredrik Samuelsson

Fredrik Samuelsson works as a trainer in the field of Supported Employment, Supported Education and Case Management.  Fredrik has worked full time as a trainer and supervisor at Misa Kompetens in Stockholm since 2016 , helping organizations and co-workers developing their work, focusing on supporting people in achieving their goals when it comes to work and studies. Fredrik has worked with FIT since 2017 and believes FIT plays an important role in developing new ways of working in the field of social work and supporting clients in the best possible way.


Martin Rydberg

Martin is an experienced and licensed psychologist who specializes in clinical psychology and has worked extensively in outpatient psychiatric settings. He has provided consultation services and implemented FIT within these settings. Martin’s dedication to providing the best care possible has led him to explore many different treatment approaches, including Feedback-Informed Treatment. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical psychology and sharing his expertise to help others in the mental health community.


Anne Rissanen

Anne is a psychologist and psychotherapist. She has worked with children and their families over 20 years the last ten years of which were in child psychiatry. She began learning about FIT in 2019 and is currently implementing FIT at Helsinki University Child psychiatry. She is eager to teach and consult with other professionals and organisations implementing FIT.


Lykke Lindby

Owner of a private consultancy firm called and project manager for a Regional Psychiatry, Lykke has worked in the field of Social Service and Mental Health for more than 20 years, and has been using FIT since 2016 in various settings and agencies. Lykke is interested in the concept of mutual recovery and ensuring social and mental health services make a positive difference by implementing FIT and the Open Dialogue approach.


Daniil Grachev

Daniil is a therapist in private practice. He teaches a course on Feedback Informed Treatment to other therapists. He also runs a blog about Feedback Informed Treatment, Deliberate Practice and therapy research.


Todd Disney

Todd Disney, PsyD. works as a clinical supervisor and instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area working with therapists to improve their outcomes using core therapeutic factors and FIT.  He has been working with FIT since 2007 and enjoys a small private practice in Petaluma, California.

Mattias works as a social worker in Halmstad, Sweden. He has mainly worked with young people and their families based on psychosocial problems but is now employed as a social counselor for people with substance and gambling addiction.

Nicole Szabo
